SPY — stocked and supplied in Saudi Arabia

SPY holiday detectors are stocked and supplied in Saudi Arabia by Gulf Fast Trading Company. We hold the portable Model 670, 673, 780, 785 and 790 detectors together with SPY pig trackers.

Who uses it

Coating inspectors, NACE-qualified coating applicators, pipeline integrity teams and QA/QC departments use holiday detectors to find pinholes and discontinuities in a coating before a line goes into the ground.

SPY products we stock

10 products held or supplied to order from Al Khobar, across Holiday Detectors, Pigs & Pigging Equipment.

Why source SPY from Al Khobar

A holiday detector is specified by model, and a coating inspection cannot start without a working one. Holding the range locally means an inspector short of an instrument is not waiting on an import.

Questions we are asked

What is the difference between the wet sponge and high voltage SPY models?

Wet sponge detectors such as the Model 670 and the in-plant Model 673 suit thin-film coatings. The higher-voltage portable models suit thicker coatings. Tell us the coating type and dry film thickness and we will confirm which model applies.

Which SPY models does GulfFast stock?

Model 670 and Model 673 wet sponge detectors, and the Model 780, 785 and 790 portable holiday detectors. We also supply SPY pig trackers.

Do you supply spares and accessories?

Yes, including probes and consumables. Quote the detector model when you enquire.
